Every morning, Louie Langone of Waterville starts his day with a walk around the block.
He uses that time to plan out the day ahead, outlining what he will do at work in what order. Last week Langone thought of something that needed cleaning.
“Then I remembered,’’ he said, “not by me.’’
Langone, 66, retired last Friday after almost 36 years working for the Village of Waterville. He spent all but his first six months as the full-time operator of the village’s Wastewater Treatment Plant on Route 315.
