The husband of a woman who attends Christina Buschmann’s yoga classes shared an observation with Buschmann.
“He said since starting the class his wife was the happiest person he had ever seen in his life,’’ Buschmann said. “He now comes with her to classes.’’
Buschmann retired three years ago from her 32-year career teaching physical education at Clinton Central School, where she also coached field hockey, the sport she played in college. With support from husband Jim, Buschmann since has opened her own yoga studio in their Daytonville Road home in Waterville.
