Soul Stop in Clinton had its official ribbon cutting last week with owners Matt Van Slyke and Jodi Kapes, and their sons Gavin and Gabriel Kapes Van Slyke. Joining them were Clinton Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Jackie Walters and Mayor John Crossley.
