Waterville offered kids two nights of trick or treat, starting with the annual Waterville Rotary Club party at Memorial Park School the night before Halloween. Kids danced, showed off their costumes, had donuts and cider and collected candy, all before heading out the next night and hitting the houses for more goodies.
