Despite measures taken to reduce the speed limit on Route 315 within the Village of Waterville, residents who live along that stretch say problems remain.
At last week’s Waterville Village Board meeting, residents told board members the recent drop in the speed limit from 35 mph to 30 mph has not reduced the speed that cars go through that area. The discussion took up most of the meeting.
