About a month ago, Andres Garcia started a new job at Amherst College in Massachusetts.
The Clinton Central School Class of 2013 graduate had not sought to leave his job at Wesleyan University in Connecticut. But when Amherst recruited him and offered some new challenges, Garcia decided to take the opportunity to advance his career.
