Brookfield Dispute Goes To Litigation

Although details were not able to be discussed, the Town of Brookfield board last week acknowledged it is taking legal action in a property dispute.

Fifteen minutes into their monthly meeting, the five board members went into a 10-minute executive session to discuss litigation. On the agenda it stated the matter had to do with the Kabana litigation.
