New York Sen. David Valesky (D-Oneida) announced last week that the Kirkland Town Library has been allocated $18,300 in state aid for library construction funds.
The funds will enable the library to complete the restoration of exterior stone brick and masonry.
“Libraries across my district continuously report increased patronage,” Valesky said. “I am pleased to be able to support this grant funding to help the library with building upgrades and improved services to meet community needs.”
