Since 1855 the community of Roberval, Quebec has been playing hockey.
That love of hockey - which includes outdoor games on Lac St. Jean - earned the community the most votes to win the 2008 Kraft Hockeyville Canada title. Roberval collected almost 2.2 million votes from its population of about 11,000 people and others in the region. The town is about 220 miles north of Montreal.
The Benoit Levesque Arena received upgrades to its boards, glass and dressing room from the Kraft donation received. In the last 10 years another $11 million was raised to renovate the facility that seats 1,237.
