The Town of Winfield Board met Wednesday evening to discuss new business.
Representatives of GPI Engineering met with the Board to discuss possible action the Board could take regarding the Clapson Street culvert over North Winfield Creek.
Some issues were noticed, such as the masonry blocks around the culvert, and four plans of action were suggested to the Board.
