Village Green Uses Approved In Clinton

The Village of Clinton Board met Monday night to discuss new business.

The Board approved a resolution approving the March 3 meeting minutes.


The Board approved a resolution auditing the payment of vouchers.


The Board approved a resolution authorizing a $42,000 transfer from the

Unbalanced Account to General Fund Budget to account for higher than expected professional services.


The Board approved a resolution authorizing a $55,000 transfer from the

State Aid Other account to General Fund Budget to reflect the pending receipt of a NYSERDA grant and expenditures related to the purchase of a truck.


The Board approved a resolution authorizing a $7,869 transfer from Federal

Income to Water Meters to account for use of ARPA funds for the purchase of Radio Meters.


The Board approved a resolution forwarding unpaid water/sewer from previous

year's April billing and previous year's October billing to the Oneida County\ Department of Finance to be relevied on to the June Village taxes.


The Board approved an easement for the Milkhouse Apartments on Chenango

Avenue South to do corrective work.


The Board approved a resolution approving a Village Green use application from the Kirkland Democratic Committee for local candidates to address attendees Sept. 13 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.


The Board approved a resolution approving a Village Green use application from the Kirkland Town Library for the Annual Book Sale July 9 through July 13 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.


The Board approved a resolution approving a Village Green use application from the Clinton Chamber of Commerce for the Clinton Farmer's Market Thursdays beginning June 5 through Oct. 2 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.


The Board approved a resolution approving a Village Green use application from the Clinton Chamber of Commerce for the Clinton Art & Music Festival Aug. 23 from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.


The Board approved a resolution for a beer tent to be available at the Clinton

Art & Music Festival.


The Board approved a resolution authorizing Village of Clinton Mayor Elizabeth Tantillo to sign the contract with New York state to work on the Village Green for $2,000,000.
