Town, Village Will Coordinate On Major Purchase Decisions

The Town of Winfield Board met Wednesday evening to discuss new business.


A representative from Excellus Blue Cross/Blue Shield met with the Board to suggest a new insurance plan. The Board approved a resolution to sign up for the offered GOLD-14 Plan.


Town of Winfield Supervisor Bud Osborn said the new plan was a way to keep costs down while also giving the Town a chance to offer a pay raise to Town employees.


The Board approved a resolution to pay the General and Highway Abstract bills.

The Board approved a resolution accepting the Supervisor's and Clerk's reports.


The Board approved a resolution accepting the October meeting minutes.


The Board approved a resolution to keep James Fresco as the Town of Winfield Assessor.
