The Town of Kirkland Planning Board met Monday evening to discuss new business.
The Board approved an application for a residential purchase of a half-acre for a personal driveway addition.
The Board approved a resolution accepting the building and lot plans for the Paris Hill Cat Hospital's move to the Town of Kirkland.
The Board met with the representative of the solar Array company to seek verbal confirmation for an extension as well as go into detail on the list of grievances to be satisfied.
The extension agreement was granted until Oct. 15. The Board vented their concerns about the project's lack of good faith communication and personally go through the steps necessary for the project's viability.
