Town Addresses Flooding Issues

The March 10 meeting of the Marshall Town Board opened with approval of the minutes of the February meeting.


The meeting was chaired by Superintendent Colleen Baldwin. The floor was then opened to public comment.


That time was mostly taken up with comment on the Blueberry Brook situation on Van Hyning Road and questions of permits which had been issued by former Codes Enforcer Officer Gary Shreppel but never filed nor revoked.


There was no business before the Planning Board. Jamie McNair of the Zoning Board of Appeals said there is an application for appeal before the Board, which they will address, among other issues, at their meeting March 11.
