The Town of Bridgewater Board met Thursday evening to discuss new business.
The approval of the July Board meeting minutes was tabled until the next meeting. The Town thanks the businesses and vendors who contributed to the 225th Anniversary Celebration last weekend.
Town Assessor Bernie Szarek announced he is retiring from the position. Szarek thanked the Town for the opportunity, saying he enjoyed his job and the people were always good.
Codes Enforcement Officer Pat Baron said one case was going to court Aug. 29 to form a site plan in writing to determine the compliance figures for a car lot.
The Planning Board is meeting Aug. 16 at 7 p.m. to hold a public hearing on the Mapledale Road Subdivision.
