The October meeting of the Marshall Town Board opened with the Pledge and approval of the minutes of the work session Sept. 7, and approval of the minutes of the Sept. 12 meeting.
The meeting was then opened to recognition of guests.
David Norbut of Norbut Solar Farms is looking to obtain a building permit to build a solar farm on 95 acres on Brothertown Road. The paper work was sent in Sept. 18 and they’d like to continue to move forward on the project but can’t do so without a building permit in hand.
Gary Schreppel, Codes Enforcement Officer, will issue a permit.
