Family, friends, and colleagues gathered at the Deputy Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building in Oriskany June 7 for the 13th annual Deputy Kurt B. Wyman Remembrance Ceremony and Wreath Laying. Oneida County Sheriff’s Deputy Kurt B. Wyman was shot and killed in the line of duty on June 7th, 2011.
