Promotion

West Winfield native and Mount Markham graduate Ethan Palmer was promoted to Corporal in August as a member of the United States Marine Corp. His older brother, Devan, (also a Corporal in the Marines) attended and pinned Ethan with the double chevron pin. They are both stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC. Ethan has been in the Marines two years as of Aug. 26. They are the sons of Tracy and Joseph Palmer.
