Park Schedule Explained

The Town of Winfield Board met Wednesday night to discuss new business.

Mary Ratcliffe spoke with the Board about opening the Town Park for winter activity use.

The Board said the Park was closed because people who used the park were parking cars on the grass and tearing up the lawns, along with vandalism happening.

The Board held a discussion with Ratcliffe about misuse of the Park property and why the Board decided public access to the Park is seasonal.
