A ribbon cutting Friday morning officially welcomed Lucianna’s Boutique to West Park Row in Clinton. Members of the Clinton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Clinton Mayor Elizabeth Tantillo and Assemblyman Brian Miller joined owner Noel Visalli, with scissors, and her family and employees in the ceremony. The Boutique sells women’s clothing, accessories and jewelry.
