Jeremiah Martinez of New Hartford made a Hole-In-One on Hole No. 11 at Barker Brook Golf Club in Oriskany Falls July 31 at the 24th Annual Oriskany Falls Fire Department golf outing. Martinez used an 8 iron from 145 yards away to ace the hole. Witnessing the event were teammates Jeff Lamarche, Scott Lamarche, and JJ Gardner. Mike Shauger also witnessed from the neighboring green. This is the third hole-in-one Martinez has accomplished in his golfing adventures, and is the first hole-in-one ever been made in the 24 years of Oriskany Falls Fire Department golf outings.
