The Oneida-Herkimer Solid Waste Authority announced this year’s Green Halloween Costume Contest winners. Students from Oneida and Herkimer counties had the opportunity to make a Halloween costume out of reused/recycled items. Second place went to Chris of Bridgewater. Chris used cardboard, old buttons, aluminum foil, and even got a haircut to complete his Knight costume.
