The Village of Clinton Board met Monday night to discuss new business.
The Board approved a resolution accepting the April 7 meeting minutes.
The Board approved a resolution to pay audited vouchers.
Village of Clinton Mayor Elizabeth Tantillo said the Finance Committee met with a financial consultant in May for the last month of the fiscal year.
An audit needs to be done by July.
"Quiet month," Tantillo said, "We ended in the black with more revenue and less expenses. In September, we'll look at the Undesignated Fund Balance and decide how much to put towards capital reserves and general funds."
The Board approved a resolution to move funds as required to account for
various expenses.
The Board approved two resolutions to move funds for rental expenses.
The Board approved a resolution to move funds to electricity and social security.
Five Scouts from the New Hartford Boy Scout Troop who live in the Clinton area attended the Board meeting to work towards obtaining their Communications Merit Badge.
Scout Leader Adam Warford is encouraging kids ages 11 to 17 to consider joining.
A resident asked about outdoor seating at restaurants.
"I'm not sure tables were distributed to businesses who wanted them," Tantillo said.
