Waterville High School celebrated the Top 10 academically-ranked seniors with a reception for parents and students last week.
Valorie Ford, daughter of Jill and John Ford of Waterville, is the valedictorian of the Class of 2023. Natalee Collins, daughter of David and Jennifer Collins of Waterville, is the salutatorian.
