A retirement, a deli and green waste pickup were some of the topics discussed at last week’s Village of Clinton Board meeting.
The retirement of Village Clerk/Treasurer Rozanne D’Acunto was announced at the top of the regularly scheduled meeting. She was congratulated by Mayor Elizabeth Tantillo and the rest of the Board of Trustees.
Tantillo then discussed the 2022-23 budget for the Village. Tantillo said, currently, the budget “looks positive.”
The Department of Public Works and Water Department reports were read.
DPW picked up 130 Christmas trees in January. The department plans to work on refinishing park benches and repairing trash cans. Five Historic District signs that were faded or missing were installed by DPW last month.
