DeKing said she secured a loan and a lease-to-own contract for
the loader, a Mack truck, and plow equipment.
The Board approved a resolution to sign a municipal seven-year lease-to- own agreement.
The Board approved a resolution to transfer funds to cover the cost of a cement installation.
Boardmember Dick Foster said the bridge on the Route 8 side is too narrow for more than one car to pass through.
Attorney Matt Fanelli said some residents have been re- cited for codes violations and held a short discussion with the Board about the legal process moving forward and Court summonses.
