The Clinton Central School Board of Education met Tuesday evening to discuss new business.
Clinton Central School Board of Education President Melinda Leising read the mission statement to begin the meeting before Superintendent Chris Clancy started his report by thanking Sharon White for her years of service as she retires. A ceremony celebrating White was Feb. 24 where she was presented with a commemorative plaque.
Clancy said he and Assistant Superintendent of Business Joe Barretta are planning the distribution of computer devices to students for home use.
Design planning for the Capital Project is underway.
The Clinton High School Music Department is performing Mamma Mia March 9, 10, and 11. The show starts at 7:30 each night.
The Board congratulated the Clinton girls ice hockey team for winning the state Regional girls ice hockey championship.
