Clinton Discusses Marijuana Laws

The Village of Clinton Board met Monday evening, Nov. 1 to discuss new business.


The Board approved a notice of Public Hearing for Monday, Nov. 22 to discuss the marijuana legislation opt-in/opt-out.


The DPW hauled 11.56 tons of solid waste over six loads to the landfill. The Water Plants pumped 14,587,000 total, averaging 470,055 daily.


The Clinton Fire Department answered 32 medical calls and 16 fire-related calls. in October.


Village of Clinton Engineer Tim O'Hara submitted his reports and said the contractor's request for final payment for the South Street Water Tank work was submitted to the Village.


The Board approved a resolution approving the Donation/Gift/Memorial Acceptance Policy.


The Board approved a resolution relevying 2021-22 unpaid village taxes on to town and county taxes.
