Clinton Central School Sets Up 2025-26

The Clinton Central School Board of Education met Tuesday evening to discuss new business.


District Clerk Julia Scranton opened the meeting by swearing in new Boardmember Jennifer Giannone, Ex-Officio Boardmember student Alice Gaetano, Superintendent Christopher Clancy and School Business Administrator Ethan Martin.


The Board approved a resolution re-electing Melinda Leising as CCS Board President.


The Board approved a resolution approving Lisa Magnarelli as CCS Board Vice President.


The Board approved a resolution appointing Scranton as District Clerk.


The Board approved a resolution designating Martin as substitute District Clerk.


The Board approved a resolution appointing Sara Carr as District Treasurer.


The Board approved a resolution appointing Tina Lallier and Scranton as School Tax Co-Collectors.


The Board approved a resolution appointing Linda Voce as Internal Claims Auditor.


The Board approved a resolution appointing D'Arcangelo & Co., LLC as Independent Auditors.


The Board approved a resolution appointing Sara Carr as the Extra-Activities Fund Treasurer.
