Cheerful Words


A display on Clinton’s Village Green is designed to help make people “feel less lonely during these hard times.” Girl Scout Troop 20477 built the two-sided display with a roof, earning bronze stars for their hard work. The hope behind the display board is that it will become a “meaningful part of the Clinton community,” a sign on the board reads. People are asked to share positive words on the chalkboard-side of the display. The corkboard is so people can hang up pictures and drawings.
