The Cedar Lake Cemetery will become an official location for the 2023 National Wreaths Across America Day.
The cemetery will join the more than 3,700 participating locations across the country to Remember, Honor, and Teach Saturday, Dec. 16 at noon.
The cemetery is at 374 Goodier Road, Clayville in the Town of Litchfield.There will be a short ceremony followed by the placing of wreaths on the headstones of all 36 local heroes laid to rest at the cemetery.
The community is welcome to attend and help with the placement of wreaths.
