CCS Elementary Tackles Projects

The Clinton Central School Board of Education met Tuesday evening to discuss new business.


The Board approved a resolution to open a public hearing to discuss the updated District Safety Plan.


No members of the public spoke.


CCS Superintendent Chris Clancy began his report discussing the room naming plaques installed throughout the library.


The plaques name six rooms around the library after significant schools from Clinton's history.


CCS Elementary School Principal Meggan Alt gave a School Spotlight presentation for the ES.


ES administrators are striving to create an enriching experience learning environment of active listeners who build essential skills.


Alt said the ES is supporting academic growth with engagement, developing a joy in learning.


The Learning Environment team discussed how students are learning through authentic learning experiences students can be invested in.


The team worked on a project-based learning process through Summer Conferences.
