Bridgewater Selects Bid For Town Clock Project

The Town of Bridgewater Board met this month to discuss new business.


The Board approved a resolution approving the April meeting minutes.


A resident spoke with the Board about a noise complaint and concerns on a neighboring property of excessive barking from dogs.


Bridgewater Supervisor Dale DeKing advised Dog Control Officer Jamie Dreimiller to issue an appearance ticket.


Town Attorney Matt Fanelli, the resident, and Dreimiller had a discussion providing a intent of legal action letter to the neighboring residents.


The Assessor's office submitted the tentative roll to the county. Grievance Day is scheduled for May 27 from 4 to 8 p.m.


The Board approved a resolution to newly hire Patricia Terns as Town Assessor on June 1.


Planning Board Chair Melissa Bevins reported a subdivision was completed and needed to be filed with the county.


Roselle Wheeldon thanked the Board for allowing her to attend the Town Clerk and Tax Collector training in Albany.


Wheeldon said changes are going to be made to Dog Registration forms to submit donations to local shelters.
