West Winfield Mayor Sandy Smith said a resident wants to construct a right-of- way from their property to their business.
However, this led to discovering a storage barn built on the property overlaps on Village land.
The property owner is offering to buy the strip of land from the Village to build the right of way.
Smith said the Village would determine a set of requirements for the sale.
Two permits were issued in May.
A property on Burrows Road has been subdivided.
Codes Officer Mike Connors received a call about a permit for a pool.
Connors said a final inspection on a porch is complete.
