With the week extension granted last week, school districts had until Tuesday to receive ballots for absentee voting by mail on 2020-21 budgets.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo moved the deadline to take in ballots from last Tuesday to June 16. Districts planned to begin counting them after 5 p.m. Tuesday with results expected by today.
