Clinton Warriors Hockey Wins 3-0


The Clinton boys ice hockey team beat CBA at the Clinton Arena 3-0 last Friday night.

Ethan Carr led the Warriors with two goals while Antonio Femia had another three-assist game. Carr set the tone early in the game by delivering a big hit within 10 seconds of the puck drop as Clinton's offense swarmed CBA.

Clinton appeared to be in control from the start of the game. Dan Frank was in goal for the Warriors' shutout.

CCS got the action going early when Killian Kulpa flipped it to Derrick Jewell. Jewell had a good angle from the right side and sent it into the side of the net just outside the post. It was a good heads up play by Jewell for Clinton's first shot on goal. It was also the first of CBA's 38 saves.

A shot from Aiden Walter was deflected. Neither team did anything on net for a few minutes. A shot from Noah Ciancio was saved and CBA started to pick it up offensively.

Walter made a slick play to control the puck against the defense and got the pass off to Tyler Karuzas before…
