The Town of Kirkland Board met last Monday night for their first business meeting of December.
A resolution to approve the CYNRTA bus contract for the next five years was approved. Total annual payments of $12,003.58 will be paid quarterly in installments of $3,000.90.
The letter of retirement from longtime Parks and Recreation Director Mike Orsino was read by Town Supervisor Bob Meelan. Orsino especially thanked the Town Board, the taxpayers, his staff and others for the many years of support and friendship.
