The Clinton Warriors' girls ice hockey season got off to a tough start vs. Beekmantown Friday evening at the Kennedy Arena in Rome.
Clinton lost in the 4-2 game despite scoring the opening goal of the game.
Clinton was primed and in business early when only 1:24 into the game the Warriors' Isabella Baker scored unassisted, stuffing it past the Beekmantown goalie on a rebound.
