Times Radio Interview: Rachel Bartunek of Almost Local

Rachel Bartunek, owner of Clinton-based business Almost Local, visited Times Radio this afternoon.

Bartunek just cut the ceremonial red ribbon at the grand opening of Almost Local a few weeks ago. Almost Local is located at 18 W. Park Row.

According to Almost Local's website, the store is "seeking to create a shopping experience focused on products that are thoughtfully and mindfully created. As both a brick and mortar and an online shop, consumers will learn the stories of each product and person part of our community."

Bartunek also owns Handmade Darling, a business that specializes in hand-lettered items. One of her hand-lettered items was even featured on the Good Morning America website.

Both of her businesses are now housed in the same building on West Park Row.

Bartunek spoke about her businesses during the Times Radio interview.

She also spoke in depth about her hand-lettering business Handmade Darling.
