Times Radio Interview: Jackie Walters of the Clinton Chamber of Commerce

This week's Times Radio featured an interview with Clinton Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Jackie Walters.

We spoke with Walters about what the Chamber does for the Village of Clinton. She mentioned all the events that are presented by the Chamber, like the Clinton Art and Music Festival and the Clinton Farmers Market.

An event we focused on during the Times Radio interview was the Shoppers' Stroll. Clinton's annual event takes place the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving. The Stroll not only highlights the many businesses on West Park Row and College Street in the Village of Clinton, but it also features horse-and-wagon rides, carolers, a tree-lighting ceremony, a holiday parade and visits from Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Walters has been the executive director of the Chamber for over four years. She went into detail about the Chamber and her role in the organization.

She explained what people can expect when they take part in this year's Shoppers' Stroll.

She continued.

More about the Shoppers' Stroll will be featured in an upcoming edition of The Waterville Times.
