This week's Times Radio featured an interview with Bridget Reilly, director of Donor Engagement for Community Wellness Partners.
Community Wellness Partners announced the next William and Rita Abraham Speakers Series on Parkinson's Disease. Dr. Jay Alberts will present "Pedaling for Parkinson's."
According to a press release for the event, Dr. Alberts "has worked extensively with individuals with Parkinson’s disease and had great success with his “Pedaling for Parkinson’s” program. This program is a form of “forced exercise” on a bicycle and has shown improvement in Parkinson’s related symptoms by as much as 35% for those participating 3 days a week for over 8 weeks."
Reilly spoke more about the William and Rita Abraham Speakers Series on Parkinson's Disease during her interview on Times Radio.
The free speaker event will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 5 at 1:00 p.m. in the Emmaus Room at the Presbyterian Home for Central New York at 4290 Middle Settlement Rd. in New Hartford.
