The Waterville girls varsity soccer teams had a tough home rivalry game against the Sauquoit Indians on a nice fall night last week.
Waterville was able to start off extremely quick with a goal by senior Taylor Hajdasz 47 seconds into the game which proved to be the only goal of the game.
The Indians also beat Mount Markham 2-0 to remain unbeaten with 7 wins and a tie going into this week.
Waterville was able to be on the attack all night constantly pressuring Sauquoit’s defense and goalie amassing 11 shots on goal.
