The family of Catherine Harding - granddaughter Judy Staelens, son Bob and daughter-in-law Sandy - listen as Waterville Residential Care Center resident Eleanor Dawes talks of the great care she receives as the former Deansboro and Clinton resident now calls WRCC home. Catherine Harding began long-term nursing care in Waterville in July 1953. Activities Director Laura Wratten presented the family with a plaque of thanks.
