Members of the Waterville Historical Society took photos of the 17-foot lifting wheel on the third floor of 120-122 Main Street in Waterville. The buildings are slated to be knocked down to make way for an expanded Stewart’s Shop next door. No timetable has been released for the demolition and construction. The wheel was used to bring things up and down from the top floor.
