Resident Requests Law On Chickens

The Town of Kirkland Board met June 10 for their first meeting of June.

Further discussion was held with local residents regarding establishing a local law covering chickens. A Town of Kirkland citizen brought up how New York state law classifies chickens as livestock and asked for the board to establish something within reason.
