Clinton, Kirkland Approve 13 DRI Projects For Funds

The Town of Kirkland and Village of Clinton approved an application for the state’s Downtown Revitalization Initiative that includes a hotel, apartment building and renovations to community facilities.

The two boards conducted a special joint meeting last week to approve the list of 13 projects. A Local Planning Committee reviewed projects submitted by developers and community groups and gave a recommended list to the boards.
