Concerns Expressed About People Dumping Trash

At last week’s Waterville Village Board meeting, the problem of people dumping trash and debris behind lower White Street was heard.

Residents of a home on the street said people use the private access road from Waterville Library to the Firemen’s Pavilion and trash is often dumped behind their home.
