Movie Celebrates Hockey


It has all come full circle for Grant Slater.

Once a player on the ice at the Clinton Arena, Slater returned to that same place to film a feature-length movie.

Slater is part of Slater Brothers Entertainment with his brothers Todd and Wade. He affectionately calls John Black, a producer with the company, the adopted Slater brother. SBE is the entertainment company behind the movie Odd Man Rush, which is based on the book of the same name by Bill Keenan.
