KACelebration

It was a night of costumes, food, music and silent bidding at the Kirkland Art Center's annual "We heART KACelebration" on Saturday, Feb. 9. The fundraising party had a Roaring 20s theme, and many of the 100 people who attended came dressed up. Dylan Van Savage played the piano at the beginning of the event. The Hamilton College a cappella group also performed. Jerry Dee and The Dovetones headlined the 1920s-themed party, playing jazz hits. A few of the items that were up for bid included curling lessons, tickets to sporting events, various dining experiences and a lunch with Congressman Anthony Brindisi.
