The Town of Kirkland Board met Jan. 23 to discuss business.
Resident Peter Gelinas of 3574 State Route 12B talked with the Board regarding property damage he's been suffering because of the dilapidated state of the property on 3572 State Route 12B. Gelinas implored the Board to act as he feared for the safety of himself and his family because of debris, such as shingles, breaking off from the adjacent property and impacting and embedding into the Gelinas' property with enough force to necesitate repairs.
